President al-Assad, while receiving Robin Fernandez, President of the Senate of Paraguay, and his accompanying delegation, stresses that stable relations between countries are built on the basis of peoples’ interests and the strengthening of common ties between them, calling for intensifying communication between economic and commercial activities in Syria and Paraguay in the interest of the two peoples.
