The Media Committee of the People’s Assembly condemns the assassination of the Palestinian media, Shireen Abu Akleh

The Media, Communications and Information Technology Committee of the People’s Assembly condemned the assassination of the Palestinian media, Shireen Abu Aqleh, at the hands of the Israeli occupation forces in the occupied Palestinian territories.

The committee confirmed in a statement read out by Parliament member Alan Bakr, head of the committee, during the session held today, and SANA received a copy of it, that it is “a sad day of days shrouded in blackness. Her steps were witnessed by the sacred soil of Palestine.. Sherine Abu Aqleh, a media figure, rises as a martyr of the word and the truth.”

The statement added: “They are the children of Zion and their mercenaries from terrorist organizations, the killers of the prophets and saints, the thugs of the modern era, the hideous face of terrorism, and it is not surprising that they rush to satisfy their desire and thirst for murder.”

And the statement continued: Dozens of male and female media professionals gave their lives for the homeland on the beloved land of Syria.. and in wounded Palestine.. our journalists give their lives for the sake of truth.. they race the scent of almonds and jasmine.. they take off towards the sky. Motherland.

The statement concluded: “Greetings to your pure souls.. and peace be upon the homelands redeemed by the precious and precious.. you will remain dear and immortal.. you will remain the most precious and the highest.. and the right of the tan of your soil.. the green of your plains.. and the blue of your sea.. let us redeem you in spirit and blood.. it is the message of the nation’s righteous martyrs. …and it is the lethal bullet that we direct at the perverted horizons, the terrorists of this age, wherever they are and wherever they are found.”
