The Ministry of Justice cancels the notifications and procedures for broadcasting search, arrest and review based on crimes of the Anti-Terrorism Law

In implementation of the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 7/ of 2022, which includes an amnesty for terrorist crimes committed by Syrians before 30/4/2022, except for those that led to the death of a human being.
All reports and procedures (radio search – arrest – review) based on the crimes stipulated in the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 19 of 2021 have been canceled against all Syrian citizens inside and outside, unless their act causes the death of a person or proves their continued affiliation with terrorist organizations or their association with other countries.
