One Window Services

Service progression mechanism:
1. At the public service center (single window), the citizen submits a request to be considered a civilian martyr
2. Put the number and date of the submitted application and transfer it to the competent employee in the Martyrs’ Office
3. The employee prepares a letter addressing the branch of the Arab Socialist Ba’ath Party, signed by the Governor
4. The letter is returned to the General Secretariat (public services center) and the citizen is informed of the outcome of his request

Processing Mechanism:
1. The citizen submits a request to return home at the Public Services Center (single window)
2. The request is forwarded to the National Security Bureau
3. The citizen is informed through the Public Services Center (single window) of the result of his request

Service progression mechanism:
1. The citizen applies to the Public Services Center (single window) to obtain a request form to organize a police arrest
2. The application form for organizing police control is filled out after verifying the required documents
3. The request is referred to the director of the public services center (the head of the window) for signature, sealing and handing over to the citizen
