1-Service progression mechanism:

1. An application submitted at the Public Services Center (single window) attached to the content of the application or complaint along with the identification papers

2. It is referred to the relevant directorate or public authority for processing

3. It is returned to the Public Service Center (single window) to inform the concerned person

2-Documents required to obtain the service:

Personal ID + supporting documents according to the type of request or complaint

3-Approved forms and forms:

Application form approved in the General Services Center (single window)

4-Fees incurred for obtaining the service:

25 SP financial stamp + 50 war effort + 10 reconstruction + 50 SP service allowance

5-The average time to obtain the service:

1-2 days
