With national expertise and efforts.. Rehabilitation of Al-Rastan 66/20 KV plant and putting it into service after it was destroyed in 2013 as a result of terrorism, in the presence of the Minister of Electricity, Eng. Ghassan Al-Zamil, and the Governor of Homs, Eng. Bassam Parsik, the Director General of the General Organization for Electricity Transmission and Distribution, the Director of the Homs Electricity Company, and a number of engineers and its employees.

The station aims to improve the reality of the electrical network in the villages of the northern countryside, with an estimated cost of 3 billion and a period of work that took four months. After its destruction in 2013 as a result of terrorism, in the presence of the Minister of Electricity, Eng. Ghassan Al-Zamil, the Governor of Homs, Eng. Bassam Parsik, the Director General of the Public Corporation for Electricity Transmission and Distribution, the Director of the Homs Electricity Company, and a number of its engineers and workers.
