The farmers of the city of #Qusayr continue to harvest the good season for this year..and to find out the demands of the #farmers and to overcome difficulties and provide them with facilities In the process of transferring and marketing the wheat season to silos in Homs with the possibility of increasing the quantities of diesel for the combine harvesters, pointing to the importance of establishing more agricultural roads. They demanded an increase in the number of firefighting mechanisms to reduce the fires that may affect agricultural lands before the wheat harvest season.

The Governor of Homs referred to the daily follow-up of the reality of the wheat crop and its marketing in various regions of the governorate, indicating that the numbers bode well and abundantly in the agricultural lands of Al-Qusayr, especially since the production of one dunum in the region is considered the highest production at the governorate level.
Parsik stressed that work will be done to follow up and address all the people’s requests and problems within the available capabilities and in coordination with all concerned authorities, revealing that the coming days will witness taking new measures that contribute to facilitating and accelerating the delivery of wheat to silos without any additional burdens on farmers, including the distribution of a second batch of Agricultural diesel, referring to the continuous high readiness of all institutions to limit the spread of fires and the speed of intervention if they occur, in direct coordination with the governorate’s operations room and the control points that have been established in the governorate.

Participating in the tour was a member of the leadership of the Arab Socialist Ba’ath Party branch, Nadim Al-Ali, the provincial police chief, a member of the competent executive office, the head of the Peasants’ Union in Homs, and the managers concerned with the agricultural issue.
