2. Put the number and date of the submitted application and transfer it to the competent employee in the Martyrs’ Office
3. The employee prepares a letter addressing the branch of the Arab Socialist Ba’ath Party, signed by the Governor
4. The letter is returned to the General Secretariat (public services center) and the citizen is informed of the outcome of his request
